The heroic romantic novel Zohar by Moses De Leon projected backwards to the presumed author and forwards toward the charlatans. Does anyone here believe that Rav Kadouri was a Mekubal as opposed to what he really was - a Jewish Shaman.

The tradition is broken and Chabad is honest enough to face this fact without abounding the legacy and the spirit of Moses De Leon and Reb Levik. But the new age charlatans of different stripes find that the subject is tabula rasa enough to preach any psychobabble that pleases their heart. I mean idiots pay for it, so why not? Moses De Leon will live forever despite the fact that his poetic genius is claimed and corrupted by others.
