How Obama is similar to the Lubavitcher Rebbe

Obama is very non confrontational. He rarely challenges people around him even when they are outrageously wrong. He is non interventionist. Similarly the Lubavitcher Rebbe abstained from management that involved criticism. This non offensive style is conducive to “how to win friends and influence people”. The downside is that this style is a recipe for a complete mismanagement and institutional decay. His job was to lead and infuse the people with energy, not to manage. Indeed, yes we can, yes we know hero worship as a political tool.
