The mystery of Chana Gourary plot at Montefiore Cemetery

On the subject of Insult to injury. How did "Jimmy off the books" Gourary took possession of Chana Gourary's plot next to her mother Rebbetzin Nechama Dina purchased by the Previous Rebbe?

Schneur Zalman of NY: Wow! Hold your horses! If the Rebbe Rabbi JI Schnersohn bought it for his family and Chana Gourary held the ticket for the plot (which I saw) how does that mean that AGUCH owns the plot? The plot belongs to Chana Gourary or to her yorshim. (Barry's daughters could be yorshim or I guess other close relatives). But how does the karka revert to AGUCH. Friends in the alte heim karke was a serious matter, it was not something that you took away summarily. To paraphrase a great Rebbe, playing with karke was like "playing with bombs".

Furthermore if the talk of Chana being transferred to this plot was not hot air, how could Zalman Gourary have purchased it? Clearly Lipskar and LG both tried to have Channa transfered to Old Montefiore [from Munkatch]. Now I am wondering was she to be buried in Lot B? Was that the plan?
