Likutei claptrap in Boston
I hate when a Rabbi says a Sicho on Shabbes or otherwise. But at the very least to say Sicho properly one has to look at the original sources, digest the questions as his own, perhaps even form a different opinion and raise an objection. Only then a Sicho might sound believable and authentic. But what would you say if a Rabbi walks into a Shule at 11:00 AM or later, looks through a Sicho for 10 minutes while the congregation is davening and then gives over the undigested gibberish in tongues for a hour. What would you say if I told you this is a weekly occurrence in a Shule in Boston? Would you believe me?
