A challenge to Lubavitch Chabad

Echoing the comments to the "Lubavitchers in Thailand take on Nigerian bankers" we would like to pose a simple challenge. Is there a single Chabad organization anywhere in the world that is open to an independent audit? Is there a single Chabad organization that is ready to publish it's fundraising efficiency and administration expenses like the American Jewish World Service for example? Please name the organization and point to data comparable to the Charity Navigator.
FLASHBACK: on the State of Lubavitch and on the State of Lubavitch in California.

UPDATE: my challenge is met:
I was not aware of the form 990. You have met my challenge (see the comments from Stan). I am not convinced that this from paints an accurate picture of the representative organizations but it is what I asked for. I can only say that transparency is healthy for Lubavitch and other organization as they increasingly speak on behalf of many. I still think that Thailand campaign is cynical and dishonest but Lubavitch is not alone in the grab as I got an email from Magen David Adom via J. Post asking for Tsunami relief. I will address this in my later posts. Thank you for your input.
